Jennifer Chalos & Associates
Jennifer Chalos & Associates brings a well-rounded, experienced approach to serving nonprofits at every stage of growth. Our team of seasoned professionals partners with organizations to support campaign and fundraising evaluation, planning, and management; nonprofit leadership development; corporate sponsorship; foundation relations and grant writing; major gift strategy; special events; and essential back-office support.
Together, we have helped raise millions of dollars for hundreds of nonprofit clients, including national institutions, statewide and regional organizations, established urban nonprofits, and smaller community-based organizations.

Jennifer Chalos, Founder and Owner, has over 30 years of nonprofit experience, serving organizations both in senior leadership roles and as an independent consultant. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of philanthropy, governance, and community impact.
Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Institutional Advancement from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia. She currently serves as Board Chair of Book’em, is an Advisory Board member of Safe Haven Family Shelter, and volunteers with Room In The Inn, Christ the King Church, and University School of Nashville. She is also a consultant and facilitator with the Center for Nonprofit Excellence of Middle Tennessee.
